We are located on the 80 Feet Road in Aji Vasahat, right near the Trishul Pump. It is a busy road with a lot of movement. Casting is what we do here, so the furnace is usually the heart of the shop. It stays very warm inside because of the molten metal. We spend a lot of time preparing the molds and making sure everything is set up right before we pour. It is a process that takes a lot of patience and physical labor. The floors are covered in sand and dust from the casting process. It is not a place for someone who doesn't want to get their hands dirty. We have been in the Aji area for a while and we have gotten used to the noise and the heat. We don't have a lot of corporate rules or anything like that. We just focus on the work at hand. Sometimes the pours don't go perfectly and we have to start over, but that is just part of the business. We take our breaks when we can, usually sitting on some crates outside to get some fresh air away from the heat of the furnace. It is a tough environment but it is what we know. We don't try to make it look like something it isn't. It is a casting shop, plain and simple. We just keep the fires going and get the orders out.
