We have been working out of the Laxmi Vilas Palace area for quite some time now. It is a busy spot and most of the locals know where we are located. The surroundings are nice but the traffic can get pretty heavy during the middle of the day. We handle our daily tasks as they come and don't try to overcomplicate things. My brother comes in to help on the weekends when we have more work than usual. Our office is just a basic space with enough room for our files and a couple of desks. It is mostly about talking to people and making sure the paperwork is sorted out. You tend to see the same people every morning which is nice. We drink a lot of tea while we go through the orders. The sun hits our front window around noon and it can get quite warm in here. We just keep a small fan going to stay cool. It is not a very fancy setup but it works for us. People come in to ask for what they need and we do what we can to help them out. Sometimes we can't find what they are looking for but we usually try our hardest. It is just how we do things. We have seen the neighborhood change over the years with new shops coming and going. We just keep doing our work every day. It is steady and keeps us busy. We don't really do any advertising because word of mouth seems to work well enough for us.
