Larsen & Toubro Rmc Plant

This is the Larsen & Toubro Rmc Plant out in Yerol. We are in the Shirur Anantpal area of Latur, Maharashtra. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, but this is where the main work happens for our ready-mix concrete. The plant is quite busy, with trucks coming in and out at all hours. We have a small office on the site where we handle the orders and the logistics. It is definitely not a quiet place. There is always the sound of machinery in the background and a lot of dust in the air. We keep things simple here. There’s a table for the site supervisor and a few chairs for when the drivers need to sign their papers. We don't have fancy air conditioning or anything like that, just some old fans and open windows. The guys working here are a tough bunch, and we’ve been here through the hot summers and the rains. It’s practical, hard work. We focus on getting the concrete mixed and sent out to the different sites in the district. It’s an essential part of the job, even if it isn't very glamorous. We’ve been in Latur for a while now and we know the roads and the local people pretty well. It’s just how we operate, dealing with the daily grind of production and transport in the local heat.
