We are based out of the Royal Complex on Dhebar Road, specifically unit UL-24 near Bhutkhana Chowk in Rajkot. The place is registered under Hiteshbhai Maganbhai Ghetiya's name. Kunj Cold-Ware Solutions is what we do. Basically, we handle cold storage and warehousing. Rajkot is a very busy city, and Dhebar Road is one of the busiest spots you can find. There is always a lot of noise and traffic right outside our door. Our office is in the basement level, or the lower ground, so it stays a bit cooler than the street. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with people who need to store their goods. It is a lot of logistics. We don't have a big fancy office with carpets. It is a practical space with a few computers and a lot of ledgers. Working in cold storage means you have to be very careful about temperatures and electricity. It can be a bit of a headache when the power goes out, but we have our backups. We are just a local Rajkot business. We don't do any big promotions. Most of our clients are people we have known for years in the local market. It is a simple business, really. We just try to keep things running smoothly every day without making too much of a fuss about it.
