Our factory, Kp Tech Nonwoven India Pvt, is out at Survey No. 293 near Pipaliya Char Rasta. If you are driving this way, you’ll probably see the Appu Plastic sign first, which is a good landmark for finding us in Chanchavadarda. This part of Ta-Maliya(Mi) is a bit out of the main city, so it’s quieter until you step inside our gates. We work with nonwoven materials, which means the place is full of big rolls of fabric and machines that run pretty much non-stop. The floor is usually covered in little bits of scrap, and we spend a good amount of time cleaning up after a shift. It’s not a shiny corporate office; it’s more of a practical workspace where we get our hands dirty. The weather out here can get really dusty, especially when the wind picks up across the open ground near the Char Rasta. We have a small crew, and everyone knows their job, so we don't need a lot of meetings or managers hovering around. Most of the guys live nearby and walk or ride their bikes in. We just keep our heads down and handle the orders as they come in. It’s a simple setup at Survey No. 293, but we’ve made it work for a while now. We don't have a fancy website or a big sales team, just the machines and the people who run them every single day. It gets hot in the afternoons, but we just keep going.
