We make safety razors over at G-1867 on Road L-1 in the Kishan Gate area of Lodhika Gidc. It’s a specific kind of work, dealing with small parts and making sure the blades and handles fit together like they should. Our machines have a certain rhythm to them, and you can hear it from the street when you walk up. The Metoda area is busy, and we’re just one small part of the big industrial sprawl out here. We’ve been at this for some time now, and we’ve learned that the little details are what matter most in this business. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings by the end of the shift, so we spend a lot of time cleaning up. It isn't a glamorous job, but there’s a certain satisfaction in seeing a finished product boxed up and ready to go. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just focus on the manufacturing side of things and try to keep our costs down so we can stay in business. The roads around here can be pretty rough, so getting deliveries in and out is always a bit of a challenge. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep the machines running smooth. If a machine breaks, we fix it ourselves and get back to work as fast as possible.
