Our office is over on Kothariya Main Road in Rajkot. We are at number 10 in the Punit Society. It’s a standard spot in a busy part of Gujarat. If you know Rajkot, you know the roads can get pretty crowded, but we like being where the action is. We’ve been working out of this location for a while. We mainly focus on the pumps and machinery that keep local industries running. There’s no big corporate vibe here. We have metal desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of technical charts on the walls. We drink a lot of tea and talk to the technicians who stop by. We don’t use scripts when we answer the phone. We just tell people what we have in stock and when it can get to them. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just wait it out or use torches. It’s just part of life here. We don't spend money on fancy brochures because our work speaks for itself. People know the name Kirloskar, and they know where to find us in Punit Society. We try to be helpful without making a big deal out of it. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, we do the work, and we go home. That’s how we've always done it and it works for us. Even when the monsoon makes the road outside a bit messy, we keep the doors open and the phones ringing for anyone who needs us.
