Started the business at Shop No. 313 in Times Square, right there on the 150 Feet Ring Road. Rajkot is a busy place and this Balaji Hall Chowk area always has something going on. We are basically just a small team of people trying to manage cold storage and agricultural stuff. It isn't anything fancy. Most days it’s just us answering calls and checking on things. People around here know the building, it's pretty easy to find. We decided to set up here because it's central for the work we do. Farming and cold storage go hand in hand, and we wanted a spot where we could actually get things done without too much fuss. It gets loud outside with the traffic on the ring road, but inside the office, we just focus on the paperwork and the logistics. There’s no big corporate ladder here, just us trying to make sure the produce stays cool and gets where it needs to go. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, but that's just how it is. We’ve been in Rajkot for a bit now and the local community is what keeps us moving. You’ll usually find one of us at the desk or maybe out meeting someone near the chowk. It’s practical work. We don’t have fancy slogans. We just handle the cold chain stuff and try to keep our heads down and work hard. Every now and then the office gets a bit dusty, but we don't mind.
