Kamdhenu Polytech

Working with plastics is what we do here at Kamdhenu Polytech. Our shed is at Plot No. G-1094 on Road No. 1/C. It’s right near Kishan Gate in Metoda. The smell of melting plastic is something you just get used to after the first few days. We have a few machines that keep humming along all day. It’s a steady kind of work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the stuff we produce is what people asked for. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. We’ve seen a lot of businesses come and go in Gidc, but we’ve managed to stay put. The floors are concrete and the roof is tin, so it gets loud when it rains. We don't have a front desk person or a lobby. Usually, you just walk in and find one of us near the back. It’s a practical way to run things. We handle the raw materials and watch the machines to make sure nothing jams up. It’s boring to some people, but it’s what we know. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the wall. We just show up, do the shifts, and go home. That's how it's been for a while now. We keep the machines running and the floor as clean as a plastic factory can be.
