Kaizen Trading

We are located at No. 70 in the Shree Hari Industrial Zone on Street No. 9. Our place is fairly close to Mira Udhyog and the Shree Hari Society along Digvijay Road. It is one of those areas where the roads are always a bit bumpy and there is plenty of dust in the air from all the activity. We share this zone with a lot of different workshops, so there is always the sound of hammers or engines in the background. Our building is a simple structure that we use mostly for storing the goods we trade. It isn't a place for meetings or presentations; it is more about moving items in and out as quickly as we can. We have a small desk tucked in the back where we keep our ledgers and some old files. Most of our day is spent on our feet, checking the crates and making sure the labels are correct before the transport arrives. Sometimes the tea stall down the street is the only place we get a break during a long shift. We don't have any elaborate systems or fancy software to run things. It is mostly just us knowing where everything is kept on the shelves. The neighbors are good people and we often help each other out when a truck gets stuck or someone needs a hand with something heavy. It is a basic way to run a business without any unnecessary complications.
