Vikas Pack Plast

We’ve got our setup at Vikas Pack Plast on Old Rajkot Road in Jetpur. We are tucked away right behind Datar Takiya. It’s a bit of a maze back there, but once you find us, it’s hard to miss the sound of the plastic machines. We handle a lot of packaging stuff. Bags, rolls, that kind of thing. Jetpur is known for its textiles, so there’s always a need for plastic packaging around here. We started with just one machine and have slowly added a couple more over the years. It’s a family-run thing for the most part. We work long hours, especially when the local factories have a big rush and need bags quickly. The floor is always covered in scraps of plastic, no matter how much we sweep it. It’s just part of the process. We don’t have a fancy showroom for customers. If someone wants to see what we make, they just come into the workshop and we show them the latest batch. The heat from the extruders can be intense in the summer, but we keep the fans going. We’ve known the neighbors around Datar Takiya for years. It’s a tight-knit spot. We don’t do much talk about strategy. We just try to make sure the plastic is the right thickness and the seals are strong. That’s what matters to the customers in the end. We keep things simple and keep the machines running.
