JEI BEARINGS

JEI BEARINGS operates out of Plot No.138/141. It’s a decent-sized space, mostly filled with racks and heavy boxes. You can smell the grease and metal as soon as you walk in. We don’t have any fancy signs out front, just the number on the gate. Most days are spent moving stock around or checking part numbers. It’s physical work and your hands get dirty pretty fast. We’ve got a small office section, but it’s mostly just for the computer and some old ledgers. The floor is swept every evening, though it’s back to being covered in metal shavings by noon the next day. We don't put on any acts here. If you come by, you’ll see us in our grease-stained shirts just getting through the orders. It gets pretty hot under the tin roof during the summer months. We keep a cooler full of water near the back. Sometimes the delivery trucks get backed up at the entrance, so there's a bit of shouting to get things sorted. We’ve been doing this for a long time now. We know the parts better than we know our own phone numbers. It’s just JEI BEARINGS, a simple place where we work hard and go home tired. No need for anything more complicated than that. We just stay at it until the gates close and then we do it all again tomorrow.
