We are out in the Gidc area of Metoda, at Plot No. G 1148 on Road No.G1. Being in the Tal Lodhika region means we are surrounded by other factories and workshops, which is exactly where Jay-Shree Machines Pvt Ltd belongs. Our building is a basic industrial structure, nothing fancy to look at from the outside, but inside we stay busy. We focus on making machines that people can actually use without a bunch of unnecessary stuff added on. The roads around here can be a bit rough with all the heavy trucks passing by, but we have gotten used to the noise and the dust. Most of us here have been working with machinery for a long time. We do not go in for big presentations or corporate talk. If a machine needs a specific part, we find it or make it. The workshop is organized in our own way, even if it looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. We take our time to make sure things are done right before they leave Plot G 1148. It is a lot of manual work and checking measurements. We get our supplies locally when we can. Working in Metoda has its challenges, but it is a good community of makers and fixers. We just want to keep our heads down and continue doing what we know how to do. It is steady work and it keeps us occupied from Monday to Saturday without much fuss.
