Jay Dwarkadhish Spintex Private Limited is based out of Block Number 13 on Chitrakutdham University Road. It’s a pretty easy place to find once you get onto the main road. We’ve been operating from this block for a while now. The space is mostly filled with the sounds of our work and the occasional sound of traffic from the university road. It’s a decent spot for a business like ours because people know where we are. We don't have a big corporate team with marketing departments. It’s just us, the people who show up every morning and put in the hours. The office is pretty basic. We have some sturdy tables, some old filing cabinets, and a kettle that gets used a lot. We don’t try to impress anyone with how we look; we just want the work to speak for itself. Sometimes things are a bit chaotic when several things happen at once, but we’ve learned to stay calm and just handle one thing at a time. The neighborhood is okay, and we’ve gotten to know the people in the nearby blocks. We share news and sometimes help each other out when needed. It’s a very practical way of doing business. We don’t use any fancy mission statements or slogans. We just try to be reliable and do what we said we would do. That’s how we’ve always done things here on University Road, and we don’t see any reason to change it now. We just keep going.
