Chouki Dhani

You can find Chouki Dhani right near the All India Radio Tower. It’s a landmark everyone around here knows, so we are pretty easy to spot. We’ve been operating in this area for a while and we see a mix of locals and visitors coming through. The place isn't meant to feel like a modern office building. We try to keep things a bit more traditional and relaxed. There is always something going on, whether it’s getting the food ready or setting up the space for the evening. We don't have a big corporate manual on how to talk to people. We just treat everyone who walks in like a neighbor. Some nights are louder than others and the kitchen gets really busy. We have a team that stays late to make sure everything is cleaned up for the next day. It’s a lot of physical work, especially when the weather is hot. We aren't part of some big chain, just this one location by the tower. We focus on the daily tasks and making sure the atmosphere is right. It’s not perfect, sometimes a lightbulb goes out or we run behind schedule, but we do our best to keep things moving. We like being part of the community here and seeing familiar faces return week after week. It’s just us doing what we know how to do in a spot we’ve called home for years.
