Our place is at Ganesh Ind Estate, which is on Raju Eng. Road. It’s part of Survey No. 210, Plot No. 5. If you are driving along NH-8B, you have to turn off onto the smaller road to find us. We work with plastic fittings and things like that. The estate can get pretty crowded with all the different businesses squeezed in, but we have our own corner. It gets quite noisy during the peak hours because everyone is running their equipment at once. We’ve got a few big machines that take up most of the space on the shop floor. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes with all the pipes and plastic parts waiting to be shipped out. The staff usually brings their lunch and sits outside when the weather allows. It isn't a high-tech office building, just a solid industrial unit where we do the work. We’ve seen the area change a bit over the years, with more sheds going up nearby. The electricity goes out once in a while, which is a pain, but we have a backup to keep things moving. We just focus on getting the plastic pieces right so they fit like they should. It’s simple work but it requires a lot of attention. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy things, so we just tell it like it is. It’s a decent place to work for all of us.
