Jalaram Ayu Centre

We are based at 11 Sony Mahajan Wadi, which is right by the University Campus. It is a good location because it is near Indira Circle, so people can find us without too much trouble. Our centre is quite different from a regular doctor's office. We focus on traditional methods and the smell of various herbs is usually very strong when you walk inside. The building is an older style and it has a very lived-in feel to it. We have been here for a long time and have seen many students from the university come and go over the years. We also get a lot of families from the neighborhood who prefer our way of doing things. The waiting area is just a few benches and we often have people sitting there chatting with each other. It is a very social place in that way. We do not have a big staff, so things can move a bit slowly sometimes. We take our time to talk to everyone and understand what is going wrong with their health. Being near the University Campus gives the area a younger vibe, but we see people of all ages. Indira Circle is just a short walk away, which makes it handy for catching a rickshaw. We are just a local place in Rajkot trying to keep these traditional ways going for the people who still value them. It is honest work and we enjoy being here.
