Jaihind Project Ltd. has a base here at the Shiv Ajanta Hotel on National Highway 8A. It’s near Trajpur in the Morbi-2 area of Rajkot. Being on the highway means we see a lot of trucks and heavy machinery passing by all the time. It’s a dusty place because of all the ceramic factories and the traffic, but that’s just part of being in Morbi. We aren't in a traditional office block; being at the hotel makes it easier for our people who are traveling for work. It’s a practical location for a company like ours that deals with projects across the region. You won’t find any marble lobbies or fancy art on our walls. We have our desks, our computers, and plenty of files. Sometimes the noise from the highway is a bit much, but you get used to it after a while. We usually have our meals at the hotel or one of the dhabas nearby. It’s a very work-focused environment. We don't spend money on marketing or trying to sound impressive. We are here because this is where the industry is. Most of the people we work with are also busy on the highway or in the factories, so they understand our setup. It’s a no-nonsense way of doing things. We wake up, get the tasks done, and deal with the challenges of the road and the projects as they come. It's just how we operate day to day.
