We are located at Survey No. 204 in the Village-Veraval (Shapar) area. It is a pretty straightforward place where we handle metal casting work. Most days start early here because the furnaces take a while to get to the right temperature. Inovative Technocast Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this spot for quite some time now. The shed is big enough for our machines and the guys working the floor. It’s an industrial neighborhood, so there’s always the sound of trucks and machinery around us. We don’t have a big reception area or anything fancy like that. Usually, you’ll find me or one of the managers near the main gate or checking on a mold. The dust from the road outside Veraval is just part of life here. We focus on getting the casting done right rather than worrying about a polished image. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait, but that’s how it goes in Shapar. Our team is local, and most of them have been with us for years. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. The paperwork piles up on the old wooden desk in the corner office. We use simple tools and heavy equipment to get the parts finished. If you walk through the shop, it’s loud and smells like hot metal. That’s just our daily reality. We get through a lot of tea while talking over the next day's plans.
