You can find Imperial Tours at F/24 in Neptune Tower. We are on Kalawad Road in Rajkot, which is a pretty major road. The Swaminarayn Temple is close by, so that’s usually the easiest way to explain where we are to people who aren't from this specific neighborhood. Our office is up in the tower, and it’s a quiet place compared to the street noise down below. We’ve set things up simply. There are desks for the staff and enough space to talk to anyone who drops in. We don't go for a corporate look at all. It’s more of a local business feel where everyone knows each other’s names. We spend our hours checking routes and making sure everything is ready for the trips we organize. We don't promise anything impossible. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it. Sometimes we have a lot of paperwork to get through, especially when things get busy during the holiday seasons. Kalawad Road is a nice area to work in because there are plenty of places to grab lunch nearby. We like being part of the business community in this part of Rajkot. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there. We just want to do our jobs well and keep things running smoothly. It is a plain and simple approach to business that seems to suit us just fine.
