Our place is located out on Survey No 187, right off the NH 8-B highway. If you know the Atul Auto area in Veraval Shapar, you’ve probably passed by us. Holani Bearings Pvt. Ltd isn’t a flashy corporate office with glass walls. It’s more of a functional setup where we focus on getting the work done. The yard gets a bit dusty because of the trucks moving in and out on the main road, but that’s just part of being in an industrial zone like Shapar. We’ve got a small crew here. Most of the guys have been with us for years, so we all know how the machines sound when they’re running right. We spend a lot of time checking the stock and making sure the bearings are stored properly so they don't get ruined by the humidity. It’s not very quiet here because the highway is always busy, but you get used to the background noise after a week. We have a small area where we keep our records and a kettle for making tea during the breaks. Usually, the morning starts with checking the delivery schedule and seeing what came in overnight. We don't really do big meetings or fancy presentations. We just talk over the desk about what needs to be packed and shipped. It's a straightforward way to spend the day, and we like that everyone knows their job without needing to be told every five minutes.
