Hind Freight Services Pvt. Ltd. is based out of the Raj Ratana Complex on Tagore Road. Our office is in room 219. It is a fairly standard commercial building, nothing too special to look at. We have been working from here for a good while, handling freight and logistics for various clients. The office is a bit cramped with all the files we keep, but we know where everything is. We don't use any fancy software for everything; sometimes a pen and paper are still the best tools we have. Tagore Road can get pretty busy, so we hear the honking and the engines all day long. We are not a massive company with a shiny lobby. It is just a regular office where we spend our nine-to-five. Most of our work involves coordinating between different transport hubs and making sure the cargo moves. We don't have a marketing team writing stuff for us. We just handle the freight. Sometimes we stay late when there is a big shipment coming through, and other times it is quiet enough to have an extra tea break. We have built relationships with our clients over the years just by being consistent. We do not talk about visions or goals much. We just focus on the task at hand. It is a bit of a grind sometimes, but we are used to it. The Raj Ratana Complex has seen many businesses come and go, but we are still here.
