Hi-Tech Ceramic Industries

We are located over at Survey No. 113, taking up plots 1, 2, and 3. It’s a decent-sized space for what we do at Hi-Tech Ceramic Industries. Ceramics is a messy business, to be honest. There’s clay and dust everywhere most of the time. We’ve been set up here for a bit now, just handling the day-to-day work. It isn't a high-tech lab like the name might suggest to some, just a factory where we make things. The kilns get really hot, especially in the summer months. We all just wear our work clothes and get to it. You won't find any shiny reception desks here. Mostly just pallets and finished pieces waiting to go out. The guys on the floor know their jobs well. We started small and just stayed at this location. It’s a quiet area mostly, aside from our machinery. We don't spend much time on the computer or writing up big plans. We just see what needs to be made that week and start the process. Sometimes a batch doesn't come out right, and we have to start over. That's just how it goes with ceramics. We keep our tools in order and try to stay organized across the three plots. If you're looking for us, we're the ones with the trucks coming in and out of the main gate on Survey 113. It's a simple life, but it keeps us busy. We like the rhythm of the work here.
