Our place is over on Plot D-6 in the Lodhika Industrial Estate, right on Road 11. If you know Gidc Methoda, you probably know how busy it gets around here. We do casting work, mostly technocast stuff, and it stays pretty hot in the shop. It is one of those jobs where you come home with dust on your boots every single day. We have been sitting here off Kalavad Road for quite some time now. The guys on the floor have a good rhythm going, pouring metal and checking molds while the machines hum in the background. It isn't a fancy setup, just a practical one that gets the job done for the people who need parts. Sometimes we get a big order and everyone has to stay late, and other times we are just catching up on maintenance. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls; it is just us and the equipment. We started out small and stayed focused on the metalwork because that’s what we know best. There’s no secret to it, just showing up and making sure the pours are right. The neighborhood is full of other shops doing similar things, so there is always noise and trucks moving around. We just keep our heads down and work. It’s what we’ve always done at Hi-Con Technocast. We don't spend much time on fancy talk, just on the castings we make. It’s a solid way to make a living for all of us.
