Hema Construction

Hema Construction is tucked away at the Vaniawadi Corner in Rajkot. We are in the Aksharbhuvan building, right opposite where G. Patel Pan is located. If you are in the 1/6 area, you can't miss us. The pan shop across the street is a good landmark for people trying to find the office. It is a lively corner with a lot of people moving about. We have been working out of this spot for a while. Our office is not very large, but we have enough space for the team to sit and plan out the building projects. There are usually rolls of blueprints and maps lying around the tables. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to site supervisors and suppliers. It is a lot of back and forth every day. Rajkot gets quite warm, so we stay inside mostly during the afternoons. The office has a very local feel to it. We do not have fancy receptionists or anything like that. You just walk in and talk to whoever is at the desk. We are just regular folks who know a lot about bricks, sand, and cement. Most of the guys have been in the construction business for years. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It is a simple life here at the Vaniawadi Corner. We like it this way and the routine keeps us going throughout the year without any big surprises or complications.
