H. Mohamed Osman & Co. has been based at 20, E.K.Guru Street in Periamet for a long time. This neighborhood is known for its trade, and we have been a part of it for generations. It is a traditional setup. We don't have modern glass walls or air-conditioned lobbies. Instead, we have old wooden desks and shelves filled with ledgers and samples. It is a bit cramped inside because we try to keep a lot of stock on hand. The street outside is always busy with carts and people moving goods. We know most of the other shopkeepers around here. Our work involves a lot of talking to suppliers and checking the quality of the materials coming in. We don't really do flashy presentations. If someone wants to buy from us, we sit down, show them what we have, and discuss the price. It is very straightforward. Sometimes the rain makes the street muddy, but we still open up on time. We handle everything from the paperwork to the loading ourselves most days. It’s a family-run thing, really. We don't have a big staff, just a few people who have been with us for years. We just try to keep the business going as it always has. There's no secret to it, just staying consistent and being here every morning at the same time. We like things to stay simple and predictable.
