Anjani Enterprise (Anjani Gir Gaushala Anjani Organics)

We run Anjani Enterprise out of Gondal, specifically in the Vikramsinhaji Complex. It’s right below the Antic Collection shop if you’re looking for us. We handle a few different things here, like the Gir Gaushala and our organic side of the business. Most days are spent dealing with the farm stuff or moving products around. It’s not a quiet office job, that’s for sure. We spend a lot of time with the cows and making sure the organic side stays on track. People usually come by the shop when they want something fresh or local. We aren't trying to be some massive chain, just a local spot where people know where their stuff comes from. The complex can be a bit crowded sometimes, but we’ve been here long enough that everyone knows the spot. We focus on the Gir cows because that’s what we know best. It’s honest work, getting our hands dirty and making sure the animals are taken care of properly. Sometimes things get a little disorganized when we have a big delivery, but we manage. We aren't big on fancy labels or anything, just good products from the gaushala. If you’re in Gondal and pass the complex, you’ll probably see us working. We just do our thing and try to keep the quality where it should be for the neighbors and the local folks who stop in every week.
