Our Delhi office is located at House No. E-14, which is a bit of a distance from our main operations in Gujarat. Being in the capital means we handle a lot of the administrative side and coordination with different agencies. Gujarat Sidhee Cement Ltd has this small space to keep a presence in the north. It’s a typical Delhi office, sometimes a bit cramped and always busy. We have to deal with the local weather, which is either boiling hot or surprisingly cold, unlike back home. The office isn't much to look at, just some desks and a small area for files. We spend most of our time on emails and long-distance calls to the plants. It can feel a bit disconnected being so far away, but we keep busy enough. We don't have a lot of walk-in traffic here, mostly just scheduled meetings or couriers dropping off documents. There’s a small pantry where we make our own coffee, and we usually eat lunch at our desks while working through the midday rush. We don't have any fancy brochures or a PR team here. It’s just a few of us making sure the company’s interests in the Delhi region are looked after. It’s practical, functional, and gets the job done without any unnecessary flashiness or corporate talk.
