Grasim Industries Ltd.

Our office is over in Rajkot, right in the Laxmivadi area. If you know Gayatri Ashish, that's where we are. It’s a busy part of town but it works well for what we do. We’ve been here for a good while now, dealing with all the stuff that comes through the Grasim name. It’s mostly paperwork and talking to customers about their orders. Rajkot is a place where people value a direct conversation, so we spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting folks who drop by. We don’t have a flashy storefront. It’s more of a practical space where we can get the day's tasks done. Sometimes the heat in the summer makes the afternoons slow, but we push through. We've seen the city change quite a bit from our spot on the 3rd lane. The people around here are hardworking, and we try to match that. We handle the supply side of things, making sure the inventory is right. It’s not always easy keeping everything straight with all the different products, but we’ve got a system. Usually, it’s just a couple of us in the office. We keep the kettle going and stay on top of the emails. It feels like a local shop even though the company is big. That’s just the way we like to run things here. No big corporate talk, just regular work for regular people. We just try to be helpful when people come in with questions.
