Navdeep Machine Tools is tucked away in the Balaji Ind Area, right at Plot No 21. If you know the Gondal Highway in Rajkot, we’re just opposite Krishna Park. It’s a busy stretch of road, especially with all the trucks moving in and out. We’ve been at this location for a while, and most people in the neighborhood know where we are. Our shop is pretty straightforward. We deal with tools and machinery every day. It’s dusty and there’s always a pile of scrap metal somewhere, but that’s just how we work. We aren't interested in making things look pretty for photos. We just want the tools to work like they’re supposed to. The staff here is mostly local guys from Rajkot who’ve learned the trade by doing it. We don't use much fancy software or have long meetings about strategy. Usually, we just look at the order and get to work. Sometimes the heat in Gujarat gets to be a bit much, especially in the middle of the day, so we take breaks when we can. We aren't a big corporation with a board of directors. It’s just us here at Plot No 21. We handle the tasks as they come and try to get things out on time. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do. We like the grit of the industrial area and being right here on the highway where everything happens in Rajkot 360004. There’s a lot of traffic out there, but inside the gate, we just focus on the machines.
