T Series Machine Tools

We are located on the third floor of Samrudhi Bhavan, right at number 127. If you are looking for us, the easiest way is to find the Bombay Petrol Pump because we are directly opposite that. There is also a Nexa Maruti showroom nearby which helps people find the building. Being on the third floor is a bit of a pain when we have heavy machine tools to move, but we have a system for it now. The office is not anything special to look at, just some desks and a lot of metal parts lying around. It gets quite busy during the middle of the day with people coming in to check out tools or ask about prices. We do not really do much in the way of advertising; most of our work comes from word of mouth or people just seeing the sign when they are getting gas across the street. It is a lot of paperwork and checking specifications to make sure everything matches what the client needs. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, and that is a real headache for everyone. But we have been here long enough that we just take it in stride. We deal with a lot of workshop owners and industrial guys who do not have time for small talk. They just want their tools so they can get back to their own jobs. We try to be as straightforward as possible with them and just get things sorted out.
