We are located at No. 27 in the Bhaichand Mehta Industrial Estate. It’s tucked right behind the Hotel Krishna Park off National Highway 8B. If you’re driving on the highway, you might miss the turnoff if you aren't looking for it. Cistronics Technovations Pvt. Ltd isn't some high-tech glass building. It’s a regular industrial unit where we do our work. The area around Krishna Park is always a bit noisy because of the trucks on the NH 8B, and the dust from the road tends to settle on everything. We spend a lot of our time inside, working on various technical projects and checking components. It’s a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to soldering parts. We don't have a marketing department or a fancy mission statement on the wall. We just try to make sure the things we build actually work. Lunch usually involves someone going out to grab food for the whole group from one of the local dhabas. It’s a grounded way to work. We’ve been in this estate for a while now and we know the neighbors. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we do, and we take some pride in finishing a project and seeing it go out the door to a customer. We usually have a lot of scrap wire and old prototypes sitting around on the shelves because we hate throwing things away.
