Prem Engineering Private Limited is located at Plot No. 334 in the GIDC Aji Industrial Estate, specifically Phase II. Being in an industrial estate like this means there is always noise and movement around us. We’ve been at this spot for quite some time now. Our day usually starts with the sounds of machines and people arriving for their shifts. It’s not a glamorous place, just a solid building where we do our engineering work. We have a small team of people who really know their way around the shop floor. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless the main roads get blocked. Inside Plot 334, things can get a bit dusty and loud, but that’s just the nature of what we do. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We’d rather focus on the parts we are making and the machines we are running. Every afternoon, we take a short break for tea, and that’s when we catch up on things. It’s a simple way of working. We don't have a big corporate ladder or complicated rules. If something needs fixing, we just fix it. The GIDC area has changed a lot over the years, but we’ve stayed pretty much the same. We just want to do honest work and make sure our customers get what they asked for without any unnecessary drama or delays.
