Working from Plot No. 101 in the Jamwadi GIDC area has been our routine for a while now. Gondal is a busy place, and being here puts us right in the middle of all the industrial movement. Most days are spent handling polymer stuff, making sure the machines are running and the orders are moving out the door. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular workshop where we get things done. Some of the guys have been here since the start. Dealing with various plastic materials keeps us busy, though it gets a bit crowded when a big shipment comes in. In the summer, the heat can be tough in the shed, but we just keep at it. Neighbors around here are mostly other small factories, so we all know each other. Usually, the morning starts with checking the inventory and making sure the supplies arrived from the suppliers. If something breaks down, we fix it ourselves or call someone local. Straightforward business is what we prefer. We don't have a big office with air conditioning or anything like that. Instead of a polished lobby, there is just the floor where the work happens and a small desk for the paperwork. Sometimes things get delayed if the power goes out, which happens occasionally in this part of Gondal. But we manage. Most people find us easily enough because the GIDC layout is pretty clear. We just focus on getting the polymer batches right and keeping the work moving without making a big fuss about it.
