Our operations are spread across Plots 39, 40, and 27 here in GIDC 2, Jamvadi. It sounds like a lot of space, but it fills up fast with materials and machines once you get going. We are constantly moving between the different plots to check on things or move stuff around. Jamvadi is a bit out of the way for some, but it’s where we’ve built our foundation over the years. The roads can be a bit rough, especially after the rain, so we are used to a bumpy ride to work. Every morning starts with opening the heavy shutters and letting the air in. It’s mostly industrial work, so things aren't always clean or shiny. We have a lot of different machines running and the floor is always vibrating a little bit. We’ve got a small crew and everyone knows what they are supposed to be doing. There isn't much management talk here, just people getting their tasks done. Sometimes we run into issues with the machines or the power, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. It’s a busy environment but we try to keep a steady pace so nobody gets too stressed. We have our regulars who know us by name, and that makes the days go by a bit easier. It’s just a straightforward manufacturing spot where we put in the hours and go home. It's not fancy, but it is what we do every day.
