Plot G-1311 is where we are set up, just near Gate 3 in the Metoda GIDC. Being off Kalawad Road makes it fairly convenient for getting materials in and out, though the traffic near the gate can be a real headache in the afternoons. The building itself is a bit weathered from the sun. We’ve got a small yard where we keep some of the scrap and the older machines that we don't use every day. Inside, the lights flick on at eight and they don't go off until late. It’s a busy environment. We don’t have a fancy reception area or anything like that. If someone stops by, they usually just walk straight onto the shop floor to find one of us. It’s a lot of metal shavings and the constant hum of the power tools. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and the walls are covered in marks and old calendars. The break room is just a corner with a water cooler and a few plastic chairs. We don't spend much time sitting down anyway. There’s always something that needs fixing or an order that needs to be packed up. We don't worry about looking professional in the corporate sense. We just care about getting the work done right so it doesn't come back to us later. It's a simple way of running things and it suits us fine.
