Gentil Exim Private Limited is based in the Royal Complex in Rajkot. We are in Office No 211 on Dhebar Road, right near the Bhutkhana Chowk. This is one of the busiest parts of Rajkot, and if you have ever been to Bhutkhana Chowk, you know how much is happening there at any given hour. The Royal Complex is a typical commercial building with lots of different shops and offices. Our space is functional and simple. We spend most of our time dealing with the complexities of international trade, which means a lot of time spent on the phone with customs agents and shipping lines. The traffic outside is constant, and the sound of horns is just part of our background music while we work. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet people. Usually, you just walk in and see us working at our desks. We try to keep our overhead low so we can stay competitive in the export-import market. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication and making sure the labels on the boxes are correct. We’ve been in this office for a while now and we know all the local tea vendors and the couriers who come by every afternoon. It’s a community of small businesses all trying to make things work. We don't use any fancy marketing talk. We just do the work as it comes to us.
