Genius Marcom Llp

We are over on Kothariya Road in Rajkot. Our office is in Punit Society, right across from the first street of Gokul Nagar. It’s a pretty typical Rajkot neighborhood. You’ll see people drying clothes and kids playing outside. We’ve set up Genius Marcom here because it’s a convenient spot for us. The office itself is just a few rooms converted into a workspace. We don't have those fancy open-plan layouts you see on TV. It’s just desks, some chairs that aren't very ergonomic, and a lot of cables. We spend our days working on marketing and communication projects. It can get noisy when the traffic on Kothariya Road picks up, but we’ve gotten used to the sound of the rickshaws. We aren't a big company with a HR department and dress codes. We usually just wear whatever is comfortable. Most of us live nearby, so we walk or take a scooter to get here. There’s a tea stall at the corner where we usually end up in the afternoon. It’s just a normal part of our routine. We don't make big promises or use fancy words. We just sit down, open our laptops, and get through the work we have for our clients. It’s a simple life and it works for us. We're just regular people trying to do our best in Rajkot and we're happy with how things are going so far in our little office space.
