You can find Garima Global Pvt Ltd at Plot No. 359 in the Aji GIDC area. We’re right near Saral Stove, just off the 80 Feet Road. This area is pretty much all business, with one factory after another lined up. We’ve been here for a good while, and we’ve seen the 80 Feet Road get busier every year. The mornings are usually spent unloading stuff or checking the inventory in the warehouse. It’s a bit of a dusty place, as you’d expect in a GIDC, but we keep the main office as tidy as we can. We have a small crew of people who handle the day-to-day tasks. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless the rain floods the main road. We don't have any big corporate slogans or anything like that. We just come in, do our shifts, and go home. There is a lot of noise from the neighboring units, but you eventually stop hearing it. We take our breaks together and talk about whatever is happening in town. It’s a very practical kind of place. We don't bother with a lot of decorations or fancy furniture. As long as the machines are running and the paperwork is sorted, we’re happy. It’s just how things are done here in Aji GIDC. We know our neighbors, and they know us, and that’s plenty for what we need. We just keep our heads down and do our work every single day.
