Meswania Brothers

Meswania Brothers has been on Garedia Kuwa Road for a good while now. Rajkot is a busy place, and this street is usually packed with people and traffic moving through the city center. We spend most of our mornings opening up the shutters and getting things ready before the sun gets too high. It is a family thing, as you can probably tell from the name on the board outside. There is always someone coming in to ask about a part or just to say hello while they are passing by. The building itself is old but it holds everything we need. Most days are just about keeping up with the work that comes through the door. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the trucks and rickshaws outside, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We have got a small tea stall nearby where we usually grab a glass during the afternoon slump. It isn’t anything fancy here. We just have our desks, the storage area, and some chairs for people to sit if they have to wait. My brother handles one side of things and I take care of the rest. We have seen the road change quite a bit over the years, with new shops opening and others closing. But we stay right here. It is a simple life of managing the stock and talking to the local folks who have been coming to us for years.
