Ganesh Wheels Pvt. Ltd.

We’ve been setting up shop here on Shapar Village Road for a good number of years. It’s a dusty part of Shapar but we like it well enough because everyone knows where to find us. When you walk into Ganesh Wheels Pvt. Ltd., you’ll probably see a few of us moving crates around or checking on the machinery. We make wheels here, mostly for things that need to move heavy loads, and it’s a lot of metalwork and heat. Most days start early before the sun gets too high because the shed gets warm by noon. We don’t really have a fancy front office or anything like that. It’s just a place where work gets done. Sometimes the trucks lining up outside make the road a bit tight, but the neighbors don’t complain too much. We focus on getting the orders ready and making sure the dimensions are right so they fit where they’re supposed to. People come by asking for specific sizes and we just see what we can do with the materials we have on hand. It isn’t always quiet, and there is usually a lot of clanging going on in the back. That’s just how it goes when you’re working with steel and iron all day long. We’ve seen Shapar change a bit over time, but our spot on the road stays pretty much the same. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks.
