Fine Paper Tube

Fine Paper Tube is located over at Plot No. 1 on Narmada Ring Street. If you’re looking for us, we are right near National Cotton on Survey No. 44 and 45. The street can get a bit crowded with traffic, so we try to load the tubes early in the morning. We’ve been making paper tubes for a while now. It’s a simple business but it keeps us busy from dawn till dusk. The smell of glue and recycled paper is always in the air here. We have a few machines that roll the paper tight. Sometimes they jam up and we have to spend an hour fixing the rollers with a wrench. It’s not a high-tech lab, just a workshop with high ceilings and a lot of brown paper rolls stacked up. Our neighbors at the cotton place are good people. We share the same dusty road. Most of the staff comes from around the local area. We don’t spend much on decorations. The walls are mostly covered with old calendars and clipboards. It's a bit loud when all the winders are running at once. We just make sure the tubes are the right thickness for whatever the customer needs. It’s honest work and it pays the bills. We've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years as more plots got built up. We usually close up around six in the evening when the light starts to fade.
