You can find us at number 10 in the Ramnagar Society, located in the New Thorala area. We are right near Street No 8. Our workshop isn't very large, but we have enough room for our machines and the raw materials we use. It’s a noisy place once the motors start running. There is usually a smell of oil and metal in the air. We don't have a reception area or anyone to greet you at the door. You’ll usually find us right there on the shop floor, probably covered in some dust or grease. Filex Industries started this small unit years ago when New Thorala was still developing. It’s a mix of homes and small workshops around here. We know most of our neighbors. We don't have any fancy brochures or a sales team to go out and find work. People usually find us through word of mouth. We focus on getting the orders right and making sure the work is finished. The road outside is a bit rough and gets muddy when it rains. We don’t mind it much. We just keep the shutters up and work until the job is done. It’s a simple operation with no corporate layers. We are just a local small business that gets the work done without any fuss or complications. If you walk past Street No 8, you will hear us working.
