Ferguson Technocast

Our place is called Ferguson Technocast and you can find us at K1/2-182 in Aji Vasahat. We are right behind the Balaji Wafers plant and across from Polyvastra. It’s a dusty part of the industrial area but it’s where all the action happens. We do casting work here. It gets very hot near the furnaces, especially during the summer months when the air doesn't move much. We handle a lot of molds and raw material throughout the day. The guys working here have been with us for a bit, and we all know the daily routine. We start early to beat the worst of the heat. It’s not a clean job; there’s sand and metal dust everywhere. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. Most people find us because they need something cast and they heard we have the right equipment for it. We spend a lot of time checking the pieces after they come out of the molds to see if they are okay. If something is off, we just have to do it over again. It can be frustrating but that is the nature of the casting business. We keep our tools organized as best as we can in the space we have. It’s a practical environment. We focus on the molds and the metal and try to keep things moving along. The area around Aji Vasahat is always busy with trucks, and the air is thick with the smell of industry, but it feels like home.
