You can find us at Survey No. 39/4 in the Vavdi Industrial Area. We are tucked away right behind Hotel Krishna Park on Gondal Road in Rajkot. It’s a bit of a dusty area with all the workshops and big trucks moving around all day, but it’s where we need to be. We started Falcon Welfare Foundation because the people working in these industrial zones often get overlooked by everyone else. It's a lot of noise and activity out here every day. Our office is just a simple building. Nothing fancy at all. We spend a lot of time talking to the workers and seeing what they actually need. Sometimes it’s health stuff, other times it’s just helping someone fill out paperwork they don't understand. Rajkot-360004 is our corner of the world. The summers here are real tough, and the wind blows the dust everywhere, but we’re used to it. We aren't some big organization with a huge budget or fancy cars. It’s mostly just a few of us who wanted to do something useful with our time. We drink a lot of tea and talk to whoever walks through the door. It’s practical work. No big speeches or polished presentations here. We just look at what’s in front of us and try to make it a little better. It’s a gritty place to work, but the people are good. That’s why we stay here and keep at it every single day.
