We are Essen Specialty Films Pvt. Ltd. and our place is at Plot No. 7-A in the Ganesh Industrial Estate. This is on Survey No. 192, right behind the Oracav Pharma plant. We make different kinds of specialty films, which is basically a lot of work with plastic rolls and high-heat machines. The estate is a busy place with a lot of other small factories around us. You can always hear someone loading a truck or the sound of a compressor running nearby. Our unit is not very big, but we use every inch of the space we have. We don't have a polished corporate look. There are stacks of film rolls almost everywhere you look. We have a small team of workers who know exactly how to run the extruders. It can get pretty warm inside the building when all the machines are running, so we keep the big doors open for a breeze. We don't spend any time on promotional stuff or fancy brochures. We just focus on getting the film quality right. If a machine breaks down, we usually fix it ourselves. We’ve been at this location for a while, and we like the community in the Ganesh Industrial Estate. It is a straightforward business where we just show up, do the work, and head home at the end of the shift. No one here is looking for anything too complicated or fancy.
