If you find yourself in Rajkot, you’ve probably passed by Ghanshyam Nagar Main Road once or twice. Our office is located at 9/C "Dattatrey," which is a pretty easy building to spot once you get onto the main stretch. It’s a busy area, lots of traffic and people going about their business, which keeps things interesting. Inside, it’s just a regular workspace with desks piled with files and the usual office sounds. We’ve been operating from here for a while, handling the construction side of things for the company. The Rajkot sun can be pretty brutal in the afternoons, so the air conditioning is usually running full blast. We aren't big on flashy signs or anything like that. We just focus on the projects we have going on across the region. Most of the staff has their favorite lunch spots nearby, and we usually end up talking about work even when we are supposed to be on break. The stairs in the building are a bit narrow, so moving equipment in can be a bit of a hassle, but we’ve figured it out over time. It’s a grounded place to work. No one wears suits unless they absolutely have to for a meeting. We just show up, do what needs to be done for the day's schedule, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s a steady rhythm here in Ghanshyam Nagar that works for us.
