We’ve been here at Plot No. 2646 for quite a while now. If you know the Kranti Gate Main Road area in GIDC Lodhika, it’s always busy with trucks and people moving things around. Being in Metoda means we deal with a lot of dust and the Rajkot heat, but the work at Epp Composites keeps us focused. Most of our days are spent out on the shop floor dealing with various composite materials. It isn't a fancy office setup with glass walls. It's more about the actual production and making sure the orders are getting loaded correctly onto the trailers. People here usually start early because the afternoon gets really hot in the industrial estate. We take our tea breaks near the gate. It's a straightforward place. We handle a lot of heavy stuff and the machines are running most of the time. The address on Kalawad Road is easy to find if you're looking for the main landmarks around the estate. We’ve got a mix of guys who have been here since the beginning and some newer faces too. It’s mostly just about getting the day's tasks done without too much fuss. Sometimes the power fluctuates or the logistics get a bit messy, but that’s just how it is working in a big industrial area like this one. We don't have a big marketing team writing things for us, just the usual staff trying to keep things moving along every day.
