If you head down Kalawad Road and look behind Crystal Mall, you will find us at Nandi Park. Eagle Eye Security Service has been operating out of this area for some time now. It’s a good location because it’s easy for our guards to get to and from their shifts. We don't have a fancy lobby with marble floors or anything like that. It is just a practical space where we handle the paperwork and meet with our team. Managing security is mostly about being reliable and showing up on time. We talk to a lot of people every day, from shop owners to residential folks around Nandi Park. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially when it’s raining hard, but we still have to keep things moving. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do the job right and make sure our clients are taken care of without a lot of fuss. It is a lot of coordination and late-night phone calls. We’ve gotten used to the pace of Kalawad Road. It stays busy, and so do we. Most of our day is spent making sure the schedules are set and that everyone knows their post. It’s simple, honest work. We keep a pot of coffee going and just deal with whatever the day brings us. It is not a bad way to make a living in this part of town.
