Sompura Marble Decorators Showroom

Our showroom is located in Matruchaya Apartment, right in the Jagnath Plot area. It’s pretty easy to find because we are opposite the Jaganath Police Station on Dr. Yagnik Road. Sompura Marble Decorators has been around this part of town for quite some time. We have a lot of stone and marble pieces sitting around. The dust is just part of the job when you work with stone. We don't have a big sales team. Usually, it is just one of us sitting at the desk waiting for someone to walk in. We show people the different slabs and carvings we have. Some pieces are heavy and take a few men to move. It’s a slow business sometimes because picking the right marble takes people a long while. We don't rush anyone. We’ve lived in this city our whole lives. The police station across the road keeps things quiet, which is nice. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in Rajkot. We just want to do good work with the stone. My father started this and now we just keep it going. The lighting in the showroom isn't the best, but you can see the quality of the marble well enough. We stay open until late evening most days. It’s just a regular family-run place where we appreciate the craft of working with natural materials and helping people pick something nice.
